L’Occitane Lavande CBD collection

French beauty brand L’Occitane has bought us a new collection straight from their home in Provence just like we like our Rosé.

As always with their ingredients their Lavender used in these products has been sourced sustainably and is of the highest quality.

The L’Occitane Lavande CBD Collection has been designed to help us begin this year with a little bit of selfcare. Something I am always on board with. Selfcare helps the mind body and soul in so many ways and beauty rituals can play a huge part in that.

The Lavande CBD Range has been infused with a cocktail of Hemp, CBD and Provençal Lavender to give a calm, peaceful, relaxing moment whenever you may desire one.

Relaxing Massage Oil 100ml RRP £25.00 - This is my personal favourite. I get sore muscles due to my chronic illness Fibromyalgia and also restless legs at night. I have been applying this and using my massaging tool to help relax and soothe the muscles and it’s absolute heaven before bed. The Lavender scent also helps promote relaxation and rest which makes this the perfect pre bedtime ritual.

Relaxing Hair and Body Mist 50ml RRP £15.50 - Another product I have been enjoying. I  keep this on my desk and spritz it over myself when I am feeling a little stressed or over whelmed. Also, perfect to spritz just before you to bed instead of a pillow mist. I also like the fact it has a sleek design that would fit into your handbag for relaxation and moments of selfcare on the go.
